Day 36 – Time for reflection
It was yet another dry day, albeit a bit dull by late afternoon, but after a brief shower last night, still no real rain this month. It will no doubt change properly when May arrives. We decided to visit another golf course this afternoon; this time the one at Carrick Knowe. Again it’s a beautiful green space, although much less undulating than yesterday’s courses. We went there along the Water of Leith where we saw several Goosanders and I thought they would be today’s blip, but further along were a pair of Mute Swans. I took some conventional shots of them but preferred this one of just the reflection, which I then inverted so it looks to be the correct way up.
Best large.
