Day 37 – Daisy

Today was a good day as we had home-made bread, as we got a parcel of yeast from friends near Inverness earlier in the week. We had plenty of flour but limited yeast and had been saving it up in case of real emergency; but now we can have proper bread again. I had gone out to get some fruit juice this morning and whilst walking through St Cuthbert’s Kirkyard noticed the flowers at eye height and tried to get isolated examples of the daisies. There are dozens so I was unable to just get the one and even then the stem was in front of another in the background. Amazingly it even rained this evening.

Best large.
