Ted is Bowled Over!

We had a nice meal with my son last night but this morning we thought you would like to see this lovely bowl my sister bought me a couple of years ago. The sun has been shining through the conservatory window which has been nice.

Out for lunch with the girls at Boundary Mill then at 6-00p.m. we are going to our friend 60th surprise birthday party which is being held at her daughters house.
More food. I weighed myself this morning as I have resisted doing that since before Christmas and I think I need to lose half a stone before our holiday in April.

Ted never seams to put any weight on!
