Ted's visit to the Spar!

We went to the spar in Nelson this morning with my son for the "Spar Experience" and it was an experience. There were showers, a foot spar, four different sauna boxes a Jacuzzi and an ice dispenser for when you come out of the boxes you are supposed to rub it all over yourself.

I know it was a bit mean putting Ted in the ice dispenser. He just got a cold bum!

Then we went for lunch at the Ace Centre.
