Rainy day!

I spent a few hours making a Photo Book for hubby’s upcoming 70th next month and that was ideal as it was a bit of a rainy day! We are loving salads at tea time .... I cook our main meal at lunchtime. I put all sorts in my salad....tonight was lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, tomatoes, satsuma and kiwi. I added some sweet chilli sauce and left the flavours to mingle. I did tuna with it. We had some freshly baked warm homemade granary bread with Guernsey butter too which was mmmmmmm!
