Swan feather

Had to persuade myself it would be a good idea to go for a run but, as usual in such circumstances, I was glad I'd gone. The wild garlic is almost flowering, a swan has lost a feather and I saw a jay.
Earlier I did some housework and went to the community centre to help dish out sandwich bags for local children, 25 received bags today. It was very chilly standing outside as the wind was coming straight at us, I was glad I'd put on my winter coat.
While out I stocked up the beer supplies (a whole 5 small bottles!) and a few other bits and pieces.
