NHS 5k

Short day of work today whilst juggling Ethan’s inevitable hundreds of questions about his home school subjects.

5k run for me afterwards. I’d be doing it anyway, it had been tagged by a friend to do a 5k run and then give a £5 donation to the NHS so that was today’s run. Was a bit stop start though as although the route I chose is normally fairly quiet, I had to stop and move to the side to wait for a family who were meandering towards me on a narrow section of path (turned out to be one of Ethan’s classmates and her family). Also had to stop and try to avoid a couple of over enthusiastic off lead dogs who decided they wanted to play / chase me in Wilderness Woods!
