Instead of the traditional dew, I washed my face in the sea this morning.

It is 1st May and it’s a beautiful day in Dublin and Wicklow. Everything that grows green, seems even greener; the sky is a deep cobalt blue, my 2 robins are singing away, the fuschia is dancing in the light breeze like ballet dancers. (See extras). All around there is beauty and it sits side by side with a global anxiety and apprehension. It’s hard to make sense of things. But we have to be patient. I think patience is important at the moment
