Better day

Feeling more positive today. Back to exercising in the garden, bit cold and drizzly but nice. Jobs around the house and ironing and cooked aubergine and mushroom curry. Took Hetty out after dinner and it was much nicer, quiet.
Out in the garden this afternoon putting back the patio furniture and spotted the butterfly.
