I had a lie in today. Rest day from running.
Went down the road to see a man about slabs.....at a safe distance. It made me so upset cause he was so like my dad and we talked about how helpful my dad is and what he teaches me and it brought home how much I miss my mum and dad terribly. I sobbed walking home.
I took the girls out in the trailer for an hour and then cooked a curry.
We did our weekly zoom for a quiz which I didn’t want to do because it gives me nightmares. I miss my friends so much.
