Another day.....still feeling blue

I decided to do another run today. I have been aiming at everyday but my old bones are having none of it so I am now aiming st 3 days in and 1 day rest. Ouch.
We stayed home most of the day dodging the rain. We really have been very lucky with the weather. When we saw a window of sunlight we went for a long bike ride. It was nice to be out but still safe.
I drank a lot tonight. And ate a lot of sweets. Hey ho
