I ran my long run today, 21.1kms average pace was 6.03. I certainly felt it when I finished, 14km yesterday possibly never helped. Todays run I needed to get this Light House picture for the Bingo Run Challenge. Tomorrow more points to photograph but so spread out it will be a 14 or15k run to get it.
