Bingo

Tonight I finished The Frontrunner Bingo challenge. I had a recovery walk, which ended up being much longer than I expected 17.5 km. I have an appointment with Mr Gray the Surgeon tomorrow, talk about frequent flyer points. My Hernia is not giving me any trouble now and only flared up 10 years after my Surgery.
