Dragging

Bit of a boring day.....wasn't sure how to make the best of it, partly because the weather looked like it might at any moment start to rain but just as that seemed inevitable the sun broke out but I didn't trust it to stay that way! Did a pile of work in the morning, email shovelling and reading and commenting on REF drafts, with a couple of nice crisp morning rolls and coffee for company. Dithered about going out but decided to push on with cleaning which I haven't done for too long, and also ironing. Had a nice chat to AR where she showed my how she'd decorated her T shirt with the fabric pens I'd sent them. She thinks she'll have to help Mx do his! She has a very particular style at the moment - all flowers and butterflies and rainbows - and she's very accurate in her colouring so it actually looked pretty good. Mx will just want monsters!
More work in the afternoon then a second attempt to watch Frankenstein coming up tonight as we didn't manage it last night!
