Day 42 Another busy day
Today was mostly grey and miserable with a fair few showers and I didn't venture any further than the recycling bins in the side passageway, Peggy Sue clearly was of the same mind as she spent rather a lot of time snoozing in her cat bed in the front room as you see here. We didn't even watch any Coronavirus relating television, just The Antiques Roadshow and that amazing programme about primates, highly recommended.
Today brings us to 6 weeks of lockdown, although the start wasn't announced until the Monday evening(23 March) but schools had closed the Friday before, so in trruth we were, I suppose, pretty much locking down from then. We are supposed to have a review by law every three weeks, but the next one is not until this coming Thursday.
In other news, we heard today of the passing of Mambo's beloved Mr P. I have thought of her often during these past few months and her journal over this time has shown her love and commitment to him, truly remarkable. My heartfelt condolences to her and all her family.
