Look Ma, I'm on top of the world!
The idea was a long walk to keep the step count up. I couldn't walk up the hill because we already live on top of it. So I walked down the Porridge Hill then back up again.
This is the view from the kitchen window, so an oil rig's not an unusual sight though it is five miles away. But the haze suddenly cleared, the sun shone, the sea reflected the blue of the sky and the contrast with the oil seed rape said "get the big lens".
I've lost the fixing for the top of the tripod, so thank Heavens for vibration control on the big Nikon.
