Carnation

Another flower picture today. Given that the previous two turned out so well I decided to stick with flowers for the third day in a row.

Today it is a carnation, which I chose on the basis that I didn't have to go outside to take the picture (wet, cold etc) and I had very little time to choose a blip and it was available.

Even after just less than a month of taking pictures with my new camera I've come to realise that I like taking the close up photos most of all. If I continue being interested in these type of pictures then I will have to save up and get a proper macro lens. I've looked and they are not cheap!
