Grote Markt or Grand Place

In French it is the Grand Place, but in Dutch it is the Grote Markt. It is the best known tourist spot in Brussels and despite the fact that I have been in Brussels many, many times, today was only the third time I have been to this square.

After flying into Brussels this morning for this week's meetings I had an hour to spare so I jumped on the metro system and headed to this tourist hotspot. I managed to take just a few shots before I bumped into a colleague and got talking before heading back to the European district for my first meeting of the day.
