Magenta orchid

Emergency blip .... one of the purple orchids that sit on our kitchen window sill. We've got quite a few of these in various colours as they are my favourite flower. Two of the white ones and this one are in flower at the moment and the other two, which I think are pink flowered a few months ago. Unfortunately I don't know what species of orchid they are and the labels on the pots have long gone :(

I didn't do much on Monday apart from get the kids up for school (which was difficult after their late night journey back from my dads), a bit of work during the day, collect the kids at school hometime, and then help out at beaver scouts and cub scouts during the evening. This is what I normally do on a Monday, but I was completely worn out by the time I got home at 9 pm, which is possibly due to the 250 miles I drove on Saturday and the 250 miles I drove on Sunday!
