Me, Bake?

Very rarely. But I did today. I used a box of mix by Trader Joe’s to make corn bread. Shelly and I made quite a dent in the results. Quite yummy if I do say so myself.

Had a zoom meeting with friends at 11 this morning. My friend Janet was there which was lovely since it’s been so long since I last saw her.
