Flood update

I went back into the beach this morning to see what had happened to the beaches overnight - they are in much the same state as yesterdays blip. The water is much higher here at the boat ramp, and the park and the bbq areas are well under water. Fortunately the levee walls at Grafton and Maclean have held but a lot of other small areas and thousands of acres of land are inundated.
This shot is taken looking over the ocean pool at Main Beach, however only a small section of it is showing out of the water. If you look in large you might also be able to see all the logs and debris still being thrown around in the wild surf.
