A hug!

This would have been my Mum and Aunt’s birthdays today. They were born on the same day, two years apart. I could not go through to Lanarkshire to lay flowers in the cemetery so felt a bit sad.

However, this morning I had a delivery of a lovely hug from Euan and Eve. Ali phoned to say they were all in the car at our gate and had left something in the drive. This really made such a difference just as the colourful painting from James and Annabelle did.

Another day of walking , gardening, Scrabble and calling in on Joyce. She is remarkable and never complains about being shut in.

Tonight we shall see our neighbours for the 8 o’clock clap!
