VE Day

At 2 pm we joined the rest of our street to celebrate V E Day. Usually we gather at the top of our cul de sac for these get togethers but we had to socially distance on this occasion.

Our neighbours dressed up and provided the music. It was lovely to have company and see all our neighbours ... even at a distance!

At 9pm we are all gathering , again in our gardens, to sing “We’ll meet again.”
