Working from home.

Today, a bank holiday, I joined most of the rest of the population and worked in my own garden. It is benefiting from the extra time given to it. 

Outside the front door is a large box teardrop which had started to explode (ha) but is now back tightly clipped and looking lovely. Most of the rest of the day was spent weeding and tidying.

My acknowledgement of it being VE day consisted of spending a late lunch listening to the Glen Miller band in the sun, seemed appropriate.
