Today I drove to see my daughter then, together, we went to collect an Olive Tree I purchased in January with money given to me by some very kind customers at Christmas.

The nursery was a very interesting place full of unusual shrubs, bamboo, Agave and similar. It also has a cafe which served a lovely lunch.

They told me there had been a problem with the tree I purchased and they wanted to replace it with another from a recent delivery which was in perfect condition, it is also older than the one I purchased so it's an even better specimen than I was expecting. Photo tomorrow, it was too dark when I got back.

After we collected it we were heading for another nursery and en route found the above mass of wild garlic on the verge of a country lane, always good to do unexpected foraging!

I dropped her back then went to see my son, he was at work in the pub so it was a short visit but good to see him and his girlfriend and we'll plan another visit on his day off soon.
