VE Day

Celebrating 75 years on from VE Day.

We took the day off work, all of us, and had home made bread, fresh scones, tea in front of our house with many others in the street, time watching the BBC, and I did some more gardening in between.

And the evening was perfect. Our good friends (& fellow blipper) had proposed a fun quiz night between 5 families. It was lovely to ‘see’ them all and the rounds were so varied and original and even do-able. So I am very grateful that we were included. :-) Thanks Mrs W for the invite.
