In the garden

SUNDAY

I have spent most of the day in the garden. Cutting and edging the lawns seemed to take forever. I also put some seed on bare patches in the back lawn and followed it up with the hosepipe and sprinkler.

I was joined at close quarters by robins, thrushes and blackbirds.

I'm disappointed with Boris this evening:

"Stay Alert" is hardly a clear message and many workplaces are just not ready to receive workers who can't work from home. I guess he is just paving the way for Rishi to cut back the furlough payments later in the week,

Goan fish curry for dinner

Gave the run a miss but had a session on the rowing machine. 15,436 steps so far.
