No Climbing On The Framework, Aylesford

No climbing on the framework - thought this was apt for the situation we're in at the moment. However, the bloody framework is now being changed after Boris's speech last night. I'm afraid to say I thought it was all complete and utter bollocks and will almost certainly mean a second wave of infections. What the hell does "STAY ALERT" even mean?
People who cannot work from home are being "actively encouraged" to go back to work but avoid public transport. This will cause problems almost straight away. One of them being anyone who has to travel any distance will now jump into their car and traffic will then increase dramatically. This could easily cause the delay of vital deliveries to the likes of hospitals and care homes.
I don't have a car so would have to use public transport which I'm being told to avoid even though I have no other way of getting into work, like many millions of other people. The suggestions for public transport and social distancing are either unenforceable or will result in commutes that could add many hours to every working day.
Boris is leaving the onus on what to do on the public and non-governmental institutions and at the moment it is just one big confused  mess (let's not even go there about the differences between England and the other home nations!). I think he is endangering lives and is a disgrace to the office of Prime Minister.
