Mum

Yes, that is my mum in the photo, standing next to her brother Reg, instantly recognisable from his sticky out ears! The photo was sent to me this evening by the daughter (Christina) of the lady at the back with her mouth open, (mum’s cousin Kathleen) who passed away earlier this year, aged 100. I’ve never met Christina but we found each other over Facebook, so she sent me the photo via messenger. She has an LC annual ticket, so when this is all over she is going to come visit and bring some more photos etc. 

The wind was viscous today, so no gardening. Instead we started on the carpet shampooing! Sitting room and hallway all completed and tomorrow will do the bedrooms and dining room. 

Boris has been explaining his new strategies for exiting lockdown, which were as clear as mud and quite scary when they admitted this evening that there may never be a vaccine!
