Lake January, Amazon River, Brazil

Still exploring the Amazon River, today I went to Lake January where I met these two young boys, who gave me a little tour in their wooden dugout canoe.  They shared some sweets with me called "Cupuaçu" which were very tasty.  I also saw some HUGE water lily leaves -- I even sat on one for a while, but worried about piranhas chewing through from underneath!  (See Extra)
