I hauled myself around for my weekly lunchtime jog. I don't know if my choice of listening needs to be more engaging, because rather than entering a zen-like state, I just kept thinking "wow, that will make a good photo, if only I have a camera with me". As to the actual running, I went a bit further but also a bit slower; on balance not a totally rubbish effort.

This chap was standing with his back to this large panel of light. I wanted to see what it would look like as a light source and got him to turn around to face the panel. I quite like the effect, but it's a bit harsher than I had expected. Pretty cool guy to pose for me, of course!
