Intranet router - Victorian style.

Slowly nudging towards refurbishing the hall, stairs and landing (not a small job) we've been preempting possible problems (like, are the stairs collapsing?) by having a poke under things.

One thing that had puzzled me was a framed wooden panel high in one corner.  This was behind the panel.
