Looking down......the stairs

The view from halfway down the stairs in our house, for today's January daily challenge.

Original wood panelling and Minton tiled floor. The house was built 1932.

I also like the reflection of the tiles on the wood panelling. Exceptional polishing done by my other half - will rent him out for a small fee!!
