Sunshine and showers

Showers first thing left a scattering of raindrops on my newly planted polyanthus, bought in a weak moment to brighten up a spot by the back door. After the rain it turned into a sunny day.

This was my standby blip because I had hoped that this evening would produce something more exciting. It was the evening when my Mah-jong Group gathered in the local Chinese restaurant for our annual meal together. We had an excellent evening with good company a tasty meal and plenty of laughter. Although I took several photographs which will go on the WI's website tomorrow not one was good enough for blipfoto so I was glad to have this one in reserve.
