The broom is still blooming

The day just shot past, or maybe rather, slid past. Much of the morning I spent time putting together a quiz for the evening’s zoom call with the Londoners. Which became the first one where we were joined by the Trinity residents. Yes, all three of them. No, not the father, son and Holy Ghost. It went quite well really. Though after much chat, we started the quiz and the granddaughter started making a rumpus. Stupid child.
Actually the only smart child proved to be the Welshman, which was pretty shocking for a Scottish themed quiz. I mean, everybody knows that Keir Hardie was first elected to Parliament for West Ham South. Surely. Keir Starmer would know, anyway. Apparently he’s made a good start at PM’s questions. If he was to find a cure for covid-19 he’d be home and dry. Maybe that bleach idea is worth pursuing?
