Nuraloop

As a rule everyone likes their music whatever their age or taste. It’s part of what defines us as individuals. Like photographs it has the ability to retain and release memories deep in our psyche. Perhaps because both sound and light travel in waves there’s a link.

Anyway - today after purchasing them nearly a year ago on Kickstarter - I finally received these Nuraloop earbud headphones. The Australian company behind them has already had serious critical acclaim for their full size Nura headphones and when they announced these earbuds on Kickstarter I decided to give them a try.

The USP for Nura is the fact that their headphones in conjunction with their smart phone app, actually test your hearing and create a profile specifically for you. As we all hear differently and most of us will have a declining ability to hear as we age, these aim to correct those deficiencies and the resultant sound should be very very good.

Well I’m pleased to say they work even better than I had expected and I highly recommend them. They can be used with Bluetooth or with a cable and with a 16 hour battery life they should be very useful as you can also take calls on them.
