The high moors are coming alive with colour.
In the places the sheep can't reach.
Soon we'll go in search of helleborines and other rarities. They should be more abundant, but instead much is scrub grass. Makes me very grateful we live by a few well managed reserves.

Hmmm, now I'm thinking about lamb chops for dinner.

A day of very productive DIY tasks around the house, one way of having a day off from the garden I suppose.
