First orchid

Of the year.

What a week of weather: snow flurries, thunder, lightning, sunshine and torrential.

A long day in front of the pc, but after the thunder passed we headed out for a loop of Sunbiggin with Missy. Down to t-shirts by the end of the walk.
On the south facing slopes of a little limestone bluff we found these, the first we've seen this year.
