Blooms Bounce Back

I had a walk up and down the main street here in Maleny and was cheered to see that the majority of the shops were open and trading. My favourite cafe had a limited menu having lost the contents of their fridges and freezers but the staff remain cheery and welcoming - one young waiter who lives only a couple of miles away still has no power, water or phone at his place (5 days). I am so thankfully our ordeal only lasted 3 days.

The flower shop has now re-opened and makes for a bright and optimistic blip!
