Butterflies and Babies

Managed to capture this orange-tip in a perfect position on our walk this morning.  Butterfly Conservation UK has announced that we can restart butterfly surveying in England if our sites are publicly accessible and we can maintain social distancing.  As Delamere Forest has also reopened, my site is now accessible again. The only question now is...."am I brave enough to venture out again!"

Couple of extras showing the Lapwing and one of its chicks we spotted on our daily walk.  It was tiny!!  Almost impossible to see in the corn field until it moved.
