Blazing Gorse
A dry day with a stiff breeze
We had Worship at Home this morning, bringing together all the work I had done making videos and learning how to join them together plus our Retired Pastor’s sermon.
It really is a strange experience to have the finished work all done and then sit down and watch, instead of actually doing it live on the Sunday. However, it takes the pressure off and it becomes a shared worship experience.
In the afternoon we went for a 2.1 mile walk over the golf course and round the edges of an adjoining field, which was much harder going than the lush fairways. The Gorse bushes were in full bloom everywhere, making a very bright, colourful backdrop.
Just about to watch the Livestream Prayer meeting of the Baptist Union of Scotland - another opportunity to feel that we are part of a wider family, as we pray for the people of Scotland and beyond.
