Soupy Dumplings

Suriya cooked soupy dumplings from first principles this evening. Rather delicious. I enjoyed the woman in Waitrose not batting an eyelid when i asked if they stocked won ton wrappers.  They didn’t.  Hence first principles.  Back to work after the weekend and things took off like a rocket. Still waiting for the lull!
