Weir in Monsal Dale,

I apologise for not having been able to catch up yet with comments and journals. This morning I woke up with terrible lower back pain, which is probably a result of having been seated in the car all day yesterday and laying a concrete floor on Monday! I went for a walk to see if I could ease it, but it has not yet disappeared or improved. Sitting down is the worst possible position to be in.

I took this photo of the weir in Monsal Dale near Bakewell today. The light was flat, but it was running very fast and I thought it would make a blip.

Normal service will reaume ASAP!!
