Time stood still

I  met a friend today for a walk in a local wood. This gateway led to the home of a rather wonderful and interesting person who died some months ago (maybe longer). It was sad to see how overgrown and untouched it has become - the gooseberries and other fruit bushes all starting to produce with no one to collect them. There are plans for the  place but I think the current porblems have meant it is all on hold for now.
