The pond area

I've been gardening for most of the day and my blip is of the garden pond area.  As it's a small garden this is about a quarter of the planting area.

The forecast had been for a warm day but it certainly wasn't - it was grey with a chilly wind and I hadn't expected to wear a coat for my walk around the village.  I was sorry to see that there are now seven cygnets on the moat instead of eight. Sadly that's nature.
