Red Squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris)

For quite a while it has been clear that squirrels have been in the garden, taking nuts etc, but not hanging around to be seen.  Today however this one sat on the bird table posing nicely.  So clearly it had to be the blip.

At first I thought I would make rain the theme of my blip.  For most (all?  I haven't kept a record) we have had barely enough rain to damp the ground.  This morning there had been enough to produce droplets on the leaves.  So I started the day by taking shots of those.

However the squirrel came along and I am sure it will rain again someday!
