A walk along the canal

I had a walk along the canal this afternoon after a morning spent  gardening.

I saw a heron and my first sighting of a large red damselfly (I wasn't happy with the photo though). There were cyclists on the towpath and a few walkers but no narrowboats because of the restrictions I assume.
