Edinburgh lockdown

I took advantage of the opportunity now to exercise as much as you wish to walk into town today to deliver some papers to the offices of my late aunt’s lawyers. The day was much more pleasant than forecast: shorts and a short sleeve shirt were more than enough. The air was lovely.

The streets were sparsely populated. Yes some people every couple of hundred meters or so. The occasional car. Several (almost empty) buses and a few trams. A good number of police cars and a few ambulances. But it was so much quieter than even an early Sunday morning.

The blip is of Victoria Street. Extra is of Princes St.

PS. Having problems uploading and posting tonight. On uploading the picture it seems to be on its side: hopefully you will see them the right way up.
