Helen's birthday tomorrow...

…so I suggested she meet me halfway  so we could have a socially distanced birthday walk...
We decided on Wortley, and had a wander round Wortley Hall, where both pictures were taken. The naturalish abstract is the rhododendrons reflected in the lake, and the birthday girl appears in extras.
Then we had a walk across the fields round Wortley - new paths for both of us - and found a perch where we could share the coffee and chocolate chip cookies I'd brought in my little rucsac. I think we talked more than we walked, but it was a lovely afternoon anyway, and a nice change to see someone not in our households ;)
