As predicted last week...
...the Mandolin Peony Wind arrived just it time to flatten the blooms...
I snapped this this morning before the wind had time to do its worst - but I fear the next blip could just be fallen petals. There are six open blooms and several buds at the moment - hope some of them last the weekend at least...
In happier news - a chatty catch up with DollyDoug and J4net on Messenger this morning, and on Skype with my sister this aft. Roy went out for a run, but stayed low and spent a lot of time avoiding fallen branches - I'm glad I declined a trip out :)
And a spot of Lockdown music to cheer the evening:
Laurie54 Don't Stop Believin' - Journey
gblrps Break the Rules - Status Quo
DollyDoug Why Worry - Dire Straits
Youoregon Kiss That Frog - Peter Gabriel
Corona Classics
DollyDoug Camille Saint-Saëns - Danse macabre Op.40
60plus Ralph Vaughan Williams - Five Variants of "Dives and Lazarus"
